Servus is now looking for their next President and Chief Executive Officer to advance the vision and noble purpose of Servus and help shape the future of the organization. Reporting to the Board the Directors, the President and CEO is responsible for ensuring the organization’s financial sustainability through ongoing strategic planning, thinking, and management guided by the Ends Statements and Executive Limitations Policies approved by the Board of Directors. Adhering to cooperative principles, the President and CEO will direct and manage the operations of the credit union and its subsidiaries; carefully balancing the tension of financial needs, member needs, employee needs, community needs and living the credit union difference.

The President and CEO will represent Servus Credit Union with members, strategic partners, financial sector, government, and the communities in which we operate. As the organization's top operational leader, the President and CEO directly or through the executive team, will establish and maintain collaborative relationships with key business partners. The incumbent will be an accomplished, aspirational, and agile leader with a strategic focus that aligns with the values of Servus. Demonstrated executive level expertise and experience in a service oriented business with similar size and complexity is required.
