We’re looking for a proactive and collaborative individual to come on board as a Project Manager. As our newest Project Manager, your role will include the critical task of implementing complex information technology solutions on various projects. In this position, you will ensure the success of assigned projects by providing project management expertise and leadership in all components. This includes support and guidance of sponsors and stakeholders to initiate, plan, execute and close projects within pre-determined parameters of time, budget, and quality expectations while providing intended deliverables.

  • Contributing to organizational strategic direction by ensuring the success of projects managed.
  • Supporting project sponsors and stakeholders through all stages of assigned projects.
  • Counselling and guiding project sponsors and stakeholders to learn, adapt and integrate project methodologies in their self-managed projects.

The experience you bring

  • Minimum of three years of project management experience leading projects with a technology focus or in a technology-specific environment. We require a minimum of three years of experience, but the more the better!
  • Post-secondary education.
  • Information technology acumen.
  • PMP certification is an asset.
  • Change management skills and knowledge.
  • Experience delivering projects following various project management methodologies such as waterfall and agile.
  • Strong facilitation skills.

Credit Union Deposit Guarantee Corporation is the deposit guarantor for Saskatchewan credit unions and the primary regulator for Saskatchewan credit unions and SaskCentral, together, Provincially Regulated Financial Institutions (PRFIs). How you will spend your time:

  • provide administrative support including the coordination, development, formatting, editing/proofreading and distribution of reports, board items and materials.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of an undergraduate degree in business or finance and holds a professional financial designation (CPA, CFA)

THE POSITION:   Reporting to the VP Int Marketing/Data Analytics, this position will be responsible for the creation and management of organic and paid social media content in order to achieve our marketing goals, including increasing online presence, member acquisition, remarketing and retention.

A Social Media Marketing Specialist does the following:

  • Develop and implement social media strategy and improvement tactics. You know how to make a plan, and either stay on course or course correct to meet and surpass our goals.
  • Manage the day-to-day activities on social media accounts. You will manage comments and DMs, flag outstanding information, and engage in social listening and/or monitoring.
  • Create social media content. You will create engaging captions that vary for each platform. You are comfortable with creating graphics (images, video, templates), and hashtag research doesn’t scare you.
  • Utilize social media content for each platform and audience. You will create a schedule and have a good understanding of optimal posting times on different platforms as well as their character counts. You know what alt text is, and how to use it.
  •  Increase and measure desired social media metrics. You are comfortable with engagement metrics and baselines. When it comes to social media analytics, you know how to define and measure KPIs, suggest improvements based on that information, and create a monthly report .
