We are seeking a Full Time Executive Administrator in our Kelowna Corporate Office. The Executive Administrator supports Interior Savings’ vision of sales & service excellence by providing a wide range of advanced level confidential support to the Executive team including scheduling appointments and developing written communications with minimal guidance.
With high attention to detail and accuracy you will be responsible for proofreading and/or editing management reports to ensure quality and adherence to standard format. You will also draft, consolidate, prepare, and distribute various Management Committee reports prior to meetings. You will prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on directives.
With professionalism, tact, and courtesy you file confidential regulatory information for the Credit Union within required timeframes. You develop and maintain strong relationships with the Management and the Executive team and provide executive assistance to members. You can work to tight deadlines and coordinate information from a variety of sources.
With the ability to multitask effectively, you assist with the coordination of corporate employee functions. You will also perform other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS |
Education
- High School diploma/grade 12, supplemented by completion of a recognized Executive Administrator program
Experience/Knowledge
- 4-6 years of job-related experience in an administrative environment
- Familiarity with the Financial Institutions Act and Credit Union policies, restrictions and approval of procedures relating to FICOM
- Dictation/shorthand or other transcription expertise and advanced skills in the presentation and dissemination of documentation, both in hard copy and by electronic means
- Experience working with a Board of Directors
