You’re invited to make a difference…as a full-time Financial Services Advisor in our Leamington branch
In this role, you will bring expertise in everyday banking, investments and credit to provide financial advice and build solutions for members that meet their immediate and long-term financial needs. With empathy and curiosity, you will cultivate and manage member relationships, and serve as an ambassador for Kindred to grow our business and impact as you invite others to experience banking with purpose.
Specifically, this means meeting with members to understand goals, propose and fulfill solutions for everyday banking, investment and credit needs. This role includes building relationship with members through proactive contact for annual investment reviews or to share opportunities members would benefit from; making referrals to branch partners for more specialized solutions; actively seeking out and pursuing new business opportunities through branch leads, referrals, and a network of contacts in the community.

Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:
- Completion of a post-secondary program, in Business or a related field
- 3-4 years of progressive experience in financial services
- MFDA licensed
- Strong relationship building skills
- Solid technical skills
