Purpose of Position:
Support all operations of the administration and service support functions of the credit union.
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs):
Enhanced Member Service Administration:
Provide technical direction in member service areas.
Handle administrative tasks.
Help with credit union projects.
Member-Centric Solutions, Marketing, and Promotion:
Communicate product and service information.
Differentiate credit union offerings based on member needs.
Stay updated on all credit union services and products.
Department/Work Unit/Credit Union Support:
Manage accounts payable, reconciliations, month end.
Lead member service, and administration meetings.
Lead and collaborate with auditors during audits.
Collaborate with other departments for efficiency and compliance.
