Prairie Centre Credit Union, Saskatchewan’s largest rural-based credit union, is seeking a self-motivated individual for the new permanent full-time position of Business Development Manager (BDM) – Dealer Finance.  This position will be located in Rosetown.

Reporting to the Chief Credit Officer, the BDM – Dealer Finance will be responsible for promoting exceptional relationships, products, and services to dealer partners and members.  The successful incumbent will be dedicated to overseeing all aspects of the Dealer Finance Program to include the planning, coordination, and implementation of all requirements.


  • Relevant diploma or degree, or a combination of education and experience

  • Proven business development success in a sales oriented culture

  • Exceptional communication skills; both verbal and written

  • Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and relationship building capabilities

  • Demonstrated problem-solving abilities, with exceptional time management and organizational skills

  • Detail-oriented with solid analytical abilities

  • Disciplined to work independently, with a flexible work schedule

  • Strong computer skills with proficient use of auto loan software

Key Responsibility Areas

  • Promote and support a relationship-based service environment by delivering sound advice that benefits members, dealer partners, and the credit union

  • Actively demonstrate a leadership role through business development initiatives and loan growth

  • Develop and maintain financial partnerships with new and existing members

  • Identify and evaluate member’s financial needs
