As Administration Manager, you will provide excellent leadership and direct the provision of administrative support services to head office and branch locations. Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Support a service culture through leadership, coaching and employee engagement;

  • Manage department operations and human resource functions;

  • Continuously improve productivity by recommending the implementation of electronic systems and/or automated procedures;

  • Support record retention processes and;

  • Plan strategic activities to meet organizational goals.

 Qualifications: 

  • Excellent leadership, time management, organization and problem solving skills

  • Post-secondary education with emphasis in Business Administration

  • Three to five years of experience in a related job

  • Five years of supervisory/management experience
