Vice President, Member Experience and Strategy

The Position

Stride Credit Union is seeking an executive manager who thrives in a fast paced environment and enjoys the challenge of overseeing multiple areas of the business. The VP of Member Experience and Strategy is a key member of the leadership team, participating in the development of corporate strategies and policy, and tasked with aligning the organization’s member experience, employee experience and marketing systems to these strategic imperatives.  This position is focused on the promise and delivery of the complete member experience.  As a member of the senior management team, this position provides leadership across the organization, acting as strategic advisor and business partner to all areas.

The Person

You have demonstrated competence in best-practices for defining the member experience, business process improvement programs, innovative delivery channels, product and service development, systems and tools to support the Credit Union values of excellence and continuous improvement.

You have proven ability to create strategic alliances both internally and externally.

As a qualified leader in financial services you have more than 7 years experience in a senior management role with a solid background in sales and service, marketing and human resources.

Your educational background includes a post-secondary degree. You are a strong communicator who can build consensus across multiple groups. You possess a participatory management style with the ability to lead and motivate various functional groups within the credit union. In addition, you bring with you a solid track record of demonstrated competence in the areas of leadership, strategic planning, relationship building, and business savvy.
