Your Role

Reporting to the Manager, Operational Excellence and Credit you will be in training to eventually become responsible for all aspects of co-managing and growing a commercial loan portfolio consisting of approximately 160 accounts, totaling $72 million. The successful candidate will be a quick learner with a positive attitude and a willingness to dedicate him/herself to developing skills through one-on-one training, on-the-job exposure, and course-based learning.

What You Bring to the Team

The successful candidate will ideally bring:

- Some exposure to lending in a financial institution

- Well-developed member service skills

- A basic understanding of financial accounting

- A basic understanding of macro and micro-economics

- A demonstrated history of experiential learning

You preferably bring a bachelor’s degree in business, economics or a related area, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
