The Payment Services Representative supports Interior Savings’ vision of sales & service excellence by providing quality administrative support to Branches & Departments of Interior Savings. They also ensure timely completion of branch clearing functions, as well as the maintenance and input of Registered Plans and various other Credit Union products.

Through close attention to detail and accuracy and a high level of computer literacy you will complete a variety of daily, monthly and annual tasks including but not limited to opening and sorting data bag material, process registered products, estate administration, reconcile and post ATM, POS and Bill Payment settlement entries. Download files and reports from Central1 and CGI and update rate bulletins, and communicate with internal and external partners. You perform all duties associated with daily branch clearing procedures as well as input into various systems such as: CAFT, ORS, and Eclipse etc.

You are a strong team player with exceptional communication, organization, and time management skills who meets strict deadlines with professionalism.  You complete monthly and annual tasks including but not limited to reconciliations for all branch clearings, Self-Directed, RSP, RIF, TFSA, RDSP and RESP and remit Registered Plan and NR4 withholding tax. You remain current on the capabilities of internal systems and how new technology can be used as well as staying current on changes to legislative requirements for various plans.



  • High School Diploma/Grade 12.


  • 4-6 years of job related experience in a financial sales & service environment.

  • Thorough knowledge of banking system.

  • Knowledge of Registered Plans / Estates / ATM /  Bill Payment processing an asset
