Prairie Centre Credit Union, Saskatchewan’s largest rural-based credit union, is currently seeking a dynamic individual for the permanent full-time role of Business Development Manager for our Morse branch.  Reporting to the Manager Retail Lending, the successful candidate will have a strong aptitude for relationship building, while also developing and maintaining member loan portfolios.  While lending specific experience is preferred, we are willing to train, develop, and mentor the right candidate who is a solid fit for the role and our organization.


Key Competencies:

  • Manage and grow a loan portfolio comprised of agricultural, commercial, and consumer loans

  • Actively demonstrate a leadership role through business development initiatives and loan growth
  • Develop and maintain financial partnerships with existing and new members
  • Promote and deliver lending products and services to meet identified member needs
  • Build solid relationships by providing exceptional service and advice to our members to help them improve their overall financial health
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, but also as part of an effective team
  • Proactive with an initiative-driven nature, motivated by results

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to relate, compare, and analyze data

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
