We are looking for a motivated individual who is looking to grow within our credit union and take on increasing responsibilities as an integral part of our team.  You will be assisting our Financial Planner and Investment Advisor in growing our business by providing administrative support, as well as meeting with members to process transactions.

  • 2+ years of experience in a relevant capacity or client facing environment
  • Must have necessary education to obtain mutual fund license.
  • Must complete the Canadian Securities Course (CSC), Conduct and Practices Handbook and be licenced within 6 months of hire date
  • Having a Life Insurance license or obtaining one within 24 months of hire date would be considered an asset.
  • Ability to maintain and preserve strict confidentiality
  • Ensure controls are being adhered to, to ensure compliance with organizational policies, procedures and governance.
  • Commitment to ongoing development and education
