Marketing Campaign Specialist

As a Marketing Campaign Specialist, you possess a well-honed ability to juggle multiple projects and initiatives, while keeping all stakeholders engaged and accountable. In this role, you are responsible to coordinate the execution of integrated marketing campaigns and programs for BlueShore Financial and subsidiaries to increase brand awareness, product and service purchase and usage, and client engagement. Your knowledge of marketing automation, CRM systems and BI tools complement your strong campaign management and organization skill.

Key responsibilities of this role are:

  • Develops and coordinates the execution of short term campaign initiatives in collaboration with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Manages a variety of resources (SME’s, budgets, calendars, vendors, deliverables etc.) for each campaign and ensures initiatives are aligned to digital and traditional marketing tactics.
  • Works with sales and marketing partners to translate business needs into supporting marketing campaign strategy and tactics (action items, timelines etc.)
  • Oversees campaign calendar to ensure appropriate coverage across key segments and product lines
  • Develops media plans in conjunction with Director, Marketing Communications and Brand and the Digital Marketing Specialist to support campaign initiatives
  • Oversees media placement, timelines, and allocated budgets of each campaign
  • Oversees or liaises directly with agencies to ensure timely, effective execution of campaign promotional and communication tactics
  • Presents data-driven recommendations to optimize future campaign performance
  • Executes and assists the development of targeted personalized client campaigns (segmentation, offers, triggered programs, etc.) in conjunction with Marketing Data Analyst and Business Intelligence team
  • Supports seminar planning to produce compelling client- and prospect-focused events
  • Coordinates tactical marketing and product/service launch initiatives, optimizing all promotional and communication channels (digital and traditional)
  • Works collaboratively with Marketing analytic team members (web, digital, data) to monitor and analyze results of outbound and inbound lead performance, sales, product/service usage

Qualifications and Experience

  • University Degree or College Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 4-6 years related experience, with a focus on direct/database marketing
  • Solid project management skills; ability to multi-task and meet deadlines while maintaining high quality standards
  • Proven ability to collaborate and partner with cross-functional business partners and vendors to execute strategy
  • Knowledge of client segmentation technique and lifecycle management
  • Experience with marketing automation, campaign management, CRM and BI tools an asset
  • Experience working with financial services sector data is an asset
  • Expert verbal and written communication skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
