Location:

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the role of Operations Support Clerk for a Monday through Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm work week . This position is based at our Head Office in Saskatoon, Saskatchewan.

The Challenge: 

Reporting to the Manager Operations, you will be accountable for working closely with the operations and technical support departments in a back office environment.  You will provide support of day to day operations, technical systems, service help desk functions and other bank projects.  Your past experience and education will enable you to provide accurate and quality administrative support in balancing and reconciling various banking functions and services.

Qualifications:

  • Basic accounting education/knowledge and/or experience with proven ability to reconcile and balance day to day operations with a high level of accuracy and efficiency
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in any personal banking position with an understanding of various banking functions, systems, applications and services preferred
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to pay close attention to detail
  • Solid understanding and proficiency in software applications (Excel, MS Word, Adobe) 
  • High level of organizational skills with ability to prioritize daily workload
  • Must be flexible and willing to take on tasks as assigned
  • Requires the ability to adjust to changing work priorities and meet deadlines
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with enthusiasm to express ideas
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to provide support in a team environment
