Your Opportunity

Reporting to the Senior Vice President, Enterprise Services, the Director, Sales and Marketing is accountable for comprehensive account planning and implementing sales and marketing programs for all aspects of client engagement executing upon Celero’s strategies and initiatives.

The director will also serve as a member of the leadership team tasked with leading the sales department, setting corporate marketing and engagement strategies, priorities and performance targets. As the director you will foster a customer centric culture of consistency, accountability and continuous improvement. 


A Day in the Life

The Director, Sales and Marketing will have responsibility for:

  • Managing complex, high impact customer relations issues while providing oversite and assuring resolutions

  • Directing sales forecasting activities and setting performance goals accordingly

  • Developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, sales plans and forecasts to achieve corporate objectives for customer satisfaction, growth, and retention through exemplary delivery of products and services

  • Ensuring technology, people, capabilities, processes, procedures and practices are in place to achieve a high level of quality, productivity and service for our customers and employees

  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure alignment in supporting market plans and driving sales

  • Anticipating and understanding the trends and forecasted behaviors of consumers, the market, competitors, segmentation, talent demands and industry practices.

  • Leading effective and impactful multi-functional change initiatives within your team.

  • Collaborating and partnering with key business stakeholders across the organization to define and execute remarkable client centric experiences

  • Utilizing analytics tools and working with the analytics and finance teams in undertaking detailed analyses of sales performance for the purpose of reporting sales strategy successes, weaknesses, and opportunities

  • Directing staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and marketing programs

  • Creating, building support for and maintaining market segmentation models, targeting & positioning for each solution area, vertical and geography as required

  • Participating in department / division planning, and preparing and maintaining department objectives, plans, sales and marketing budgets and reporting

  • Implementing plans, setting priorities, and allocating resources to achieving goals

  • Building, developing and motivating a productive team to ensure maximum throughput, best in class service delivery, and cost effectiveness

Your Resume

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline preferred with a minimum of 10 years’ experience in a related field and OR demonstrated ability to meet job requirements through a comparable number of years of related work experience

  • Strategic thinker, with exposure to industry strategy development

  • Demonstrated success leveraging channels and partnerships to deliver new solutions

  • Previous success developing strategies and working with stakeholders to execute

  • Track record of leading a team that exceeds objectives and goals successfully including staff morale and leadership objectives

  • Excellent understanding with related experience in sales, account management and marketing of technology-related products/services
