The Branch Support Administrator works within and across teams to provide Family Banking & Wealth Management staff with retail lending, investment and day-to-day banking administrative support; freeing up time for sales staff for relationship building activities with members; prepares documents, funds lending products, processes payouts and completes various administrative reports following established policies and procedures to safeguard the credit union and members.

The Branch Support Administrators proactively develop a strong internal network building relationships within the team to achieve results, to consistently meet or exceed service level agreements and to deliver consistent, efficient and quality outcomes for Family Banking & Wealth Management teams. Branch Support Administrators act with members in mind, anticipate member needs and provides service and supports that exceeds member expectations.

What you’ll do:
* Creates strong working relationships with Family Banking & Wealth Management teams by proactively anticipating, identifying and responding to the needs of members and staff.
* Meets or exceeds service level agreements by answering all incoming calls, conferencing in subject matter experts for first call resolution and by speaking directly with members either for administrative follow-up or real-time collaboration with sales teams.
* Spearheads clear, concise and constant communication within Branch Support and with Family Banking & Wealth Management teams, other internal members and third parties to deliver a best-in-class member experience and to identify roadblocks to high quality and timely delivery of support.
* Accurately and efficiently, prepares documents and payout requests, completes funding requests and lending renewals, prepares mortgages for discharge and discharges loan security.      
* Reconciles various internal management accounts and prepares payment for mortgage brokers. Monitors activity on dormant accounts.
* Follows established policies and procedure to safeguard our members and Prospera Credit Union, is empowered and uses good judgement to provide win-win solutions for members and the credit union.
* Proactively identifies process inconsistencies to support team development, deliver a consistent experience and to identity process gaps.
* Takes personal ownership for learning and career development, follows through on all training and development plans, seeks out feedback to identify opportunities to grow and develop. Helps drive learning across the team, is relied upon to train others and proactively shares information amongst the team.
* Demonstrates engagement with our innovation journey by asking questions that trigger a new or different way of thinking, by respectively challenging the status quo and by sharing ideas for an improved member experience or process.

What you’ll need:
* One to three years in a customer-facing role
* One to three years in an administrative or sales support role
* Knowledge of financial services industry
* Knowledge of banking systems
* Knowledge of Microsoft office
* An equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Strong communication skills with an ability to quickly build a rapport, actively listen and correctly interpret information
* Ability to organize and prioritize a busy workload with strong attention to detail
* Ability to adapt easily to new technology and computer applications
