Reporting to the Senior Manager Commercial Services, you will assist with the development of business opportunities to establish a profitable commercial loan portfolio. Specific responsibilities will include: delivering service excellence to all commercial members; analyzing commercial credit proposals, financial statements and appraisal information and the ongoing monitoring of the loan portfolio to ensure compliance with established loan policies, regulations and legislation. The Senior Commercial Account Manager will take an active part in the development and execution of business development strategies and initiatives to build a strong portfolio and promote the Credit Union’s commercial products and services.

The successful candidate will have excellent analytical, administrative, interpersonal and communication skills.  The successful candidate will also have highly developed experience with financial analysis and portfolio management, to ensure proper alignment of sales, products, risk and market strategies to meet individual needs.  They will have highly developed time management, negotiation and decision making skills. They must have a post-secondary education in business administration, commerce, economics or finance, accompanied by a minimum of 5-7 years of progressive commercial lending experience.
