MOBILE DEPOSIT SERVICE MANAGER

Permanent Full-Time

Prairie Centre Credit Union is currently seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Mobile Deposit Service Manager. This position can be located in Rosetown or Outlook, however, extensive travel to our retail branches will be required. Successful applicants must be community-minded with a desire to live in rural Saskatchewan.

This role requires an individual who is enthusiastic, has a positive attitude, enjoys a challenge, and can provide ongoing coaching and guidance to develop a high performance sales staff.  The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting exceptional member relationships, products, services, and delivery in retail deposits. 

Reporting to the Manager Retail Deposits, the Mobile Deposit Service Manager will:

  • Promote and support a relationship-based service environment by delivering sound advice that benefits both the member and credit union

  • Provide ongoing leadership and direction to new hires and assist existing deposit staff as required

  • Support successful operations of retail branches with the Manager Retail Deposits

  • Research, design, implement, and facilitate deposits training programs

  • Ensure exceptional member relationships, and product and service delivery

  • Provide coverage for vacant deposit-related positions and vacation relief as required

  • Promote the credit union and participate in member and community events

  • Support community economic development initiatives

The successful candidate will have:

  • Relevant post-secondary education complimented by a minimum of three years’ experience within the financial services industry, or a combination thereof

  • Demonstrated management or supervisory skills with a solid understanding of coaching for success

  • Experience in managing deposits and investments

  • Sales oriented background with a strong understanding of the sales process

  • Exceptional communication and public relation skills with an aptitude for relationship building

  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and numeric reasonability
