Senior Administrator, National Consulting  (Term to December 31, 2020)

We have an exciting opportunity for an efficient, organized, detail oriented administrative professional who will provide day-to-day administration and office support to our Deposit Compliance team.

The Job

You will provide high quality administrative support including: coordinating the logistics for meetings, webinars, events, and training, managing client billing and invoice payment, and responding to and resolving client questions, issues, or problems. You will have oversight of all proposals, reports and other materials that are distributed to clients, and will manage and maintain electronic and paper version deposit and AML forms including privacy related templates. Using your exceptional interpersonal skills, you will build and maintain working relationships with the Deposit Compliance team, division, credit unions and other external stakeholders.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in office administration and/or several years’ of administrative experience. You will be proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat. Experience organizing meetings/events and preparing meeting materials is an asset.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to take initiative; working well both independently or collaboratively within a team. You will possess strong verbal and written communication skills and exceptional organizational skills. You will have a keen eye for detail and will effectively manage your time in order to meet tight deadlines.
