The Position

We’re looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team!  This position is an essential part of our Admin & Retail teams, assisting both our Board of Directors and Management team, and providing help desk services to our membership.  

How you’ll spend your time

· Providing support to the Board of Directors and Management team in a wide variety of executive/corporate and administrative duties. Including preparing correspondence and documentation, acting as recording secretary, and organizing meetings and training.

· Deliver exceptional service to members and non-members as the main help desk assistant, listening and providing service and solutions to routine problems and enquiries

· Actively helping members with their everyday banking needs by demonstrating your knowledge of products and services, and educating members on technology services such as online banking

· Providing cash and non-cash related deposit services and administrative tasks with professionalism and accuracy

· Building relationships with members to understand their goals; while always being on the lookout for new opportunities or solutions to improve their financial well-being

One to two years of administrative and/or technical support experience preferred.
