as a full-time Senior Personal Lending Manager in our Head Office

Reporting to the Vice President, Credit Strategy & Underwriting, the Senior Lending Manager is responsible for leading the personal and residential credit practice.  Key responsibilities include:  developing credit policy and credit products; introducing technological change to support credit and pricing decisions; adjudication of credits; coaching and mentoring of personal lenders; credit reviews and quality assurance; and overseeing Kindred’s compliance with regulatory and market requirements.

Plus, you bring your qualifications and experience:

>  University/College graduate in business or related field

>  Proven quality of credit analysis and decision-making

>  6-8 years of lending experience with
expertise in developing policies and credit tools

>  Proven ability and interest in mentoring, coaching and training
