TCU Financial Group now has a career opportunity for a Full Time Registered Plans Administrator position, located in Saskatoon. The hours of work are Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.

Position Overview
As part of the Administrative support team, this position is responsible for the administration of all Registered Plans (RRSP, RRIF, RESP, TFSA). This includes:
• Maintaining procedures and legislation manuals.
• Solving problems and making decisions within limits of authority.
• Training and mentoring staff as required.

• Grade 12 diploma plus some post-secondary education, combined with 2-3 years of experience in a financial institution with a focus in registered plans administration.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
• An accomplished individual with a thorough understanding of the accounting and administrative processes, products and services, policies and procedures, and current legislation as it relates to registered plans.
• A strong communicator with the ability to interact with members and staff in a positive and sincere manner especially during negative and adverse situations.
• Highly organized and able to plan and allow for deadlines, peak periods and unexpected situations where decisions are extremely time sensitive.
