Credit Union Banking System Liaison, Infonancial Solutions

Infonancial Solutions provides retail and commercial bank systems for managing all front- and back-office banking activities, including core retail and commercial banking, customer relationship management, lending, collections and reporting.

We are looking for a Credit Union Banking System Liaison.

Responsibilities:

· Be a primary client liaison inside Infonancial Solutiosn

· Be familiar and advise on front-line processes (ie: lending, registered products, day-to-day banking)

· Be familiar and advise on backroom-processes (configure/activate new products, rate changes/ service charges)

· Train clients on the use of Infonancial software products.

· Provide quality service and support to both company staff and external clients.

· Interact with clients via phone and emails to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.

· Gather client information and determine issues by evaluating and analyzing the symptoms.

· Research and provide advice about DICO, DGC, Ficanex, IFRS 9 and FATCA/CRS requirements, etc.

· Follow standard processes and procedures.

· Identify and escalate priority issues per client specifications.

· Redirect problems to appropriate resource.

· Offer alternative solutions where appropriate with the objective of retaining clients’ business.

· Organize ideas and communicate oral messages appropriate to listeners and situations.

· Follow up and make scheduled calls to clients as necessary.

· Suggest new system features, Test system changes and updates.

· Create Infonancial system documentation and user manual;

· Perform some system maintenance or operation activity, including but not limited to system configuration changes, ATM card orders, clearing files.

· Follow standard processes and procedures.

· Participate in “on-call” duties.

Qualifications:

· Experience with Infonancial software package a big advantage.

· Working in credit union for at least 5 years

· Solid understanding of business practices in the credit union environment.

· Strong interpersonal skills and an outgoing and engaging personality.

· Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

· Ability to build and maintain good relationships with clients.

· Ability to train clients.

· Strong work ethics.
