We currently have an opportunity to hire a Manager Registered Products Administration & Corporate Information in our Centralized Administration Services Department. 

Reporting directly to the Manager Centralized Administration Services, the Manager Registered Products Administration & Corporate Information is responsible for providing leadership and guidance through ongoing coaching and training to assigned staff.  The incumbent provides technical and administrative support to branches and departments in the areas of regulatory compliance, registered products, estates and corporate information management. 

In addition, the incumbent ensures the effective, ongoing regulatory compliance of federal and provincial legislation and year end reporting.  The incumbent assists with the development, documentation and maintenance of Corporate Information including manuals, policies, procedures, forms and reports. 

Qualifications include:

  • Secondary school diploma plus one year of formal education, or equivalent
  • A minimum of 4 - 6 years’ experience in a financial institution, some at a supervisory level, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Demonstrated registered products administration and knowledge
  • Experience in policy and procedure development and administration, including technical writing skills
  • Ability to communicate well, both verbally and in writing, to make complex information clear and easy to understand, and to provide service oriented solutions to internal customers
  • Strong planning, research, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Strong understanding of computer technology, including a comprehensive understanding of the design and operation of the Banking System and Microsoft Office applications
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation (including taxation) issues, policies and practices
  • Organization and time management skills
  • Ability to lead and coach others
  • Ability to plan, direct and organize the work of others
  • Ability to develop, maintain and strengthen relationships with employees, members, potential members and within the community
