Key Competencies:

You will provide ongoing leadership and direction to support Deposit Service Managers and successful operations of our retail branches.  Your interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills with an aptitude for relationship and team building are what set you apart.  You bring strong analytical skills with attention to detail to promote your ability to solve complex problems and refine big decisions down to their core.  You will be required to make tough calls, but you will own them and stand by the analysis, wisdom, and experience used in your decision making.  You model your passion for needs-based sales and growth success by ensuring the team focus remains committed to attaining assigned goals.



  • You will possess a relevant Degree, Associate or Fellow of the Credit Union or a combination of education and experience in the financial services industry

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a leadership position

  • Proven leadership and supervision at a senior level with emphasis on sales management, coaching, accountability, and performance management


    Flexible and/or extended work hours may be required at times. Travel is required to ensure you maintain a solid understanding of branch operations.
