Khalsa is in a strong financial position and has an aggressive growth mandate. It wants to capitalize on the substantial Sikh community in the province and grow its member base. As the new CEO, you will have an opportunity to build the brand, introduce new products and services, and leverage its positive market reputation.

Reporting to the Board of Directors, as Chief Executive Officer you are responsible for the overall leadership, management and strategic direction of Khalsa Credit Union.  Direct the implementation of current and long-term objectives, strategies and policies.  Ensure the financial sustainability and growth of the business.  Create a work environment where employees are fully engaged.  Enhance membership growth and loyalty by overseeing product and service development, promotion and delivery. 

You are a leader with broad general management experience that will have been acquired in a financial services organization such as a credit union, regional bank, insurance company or related member-focused enterprise.  A business builder with superior leadership and strategic skills, you will be a customer-centric community ambassador fluent in both English and Punjabi.
