You are a strategic thinker with the ability to develop business plans and investment strategies that stimulate growth.  You research and lead the direction for interest rate policy and asset-liability matching.

As a member of the senior management team, you are comfortable managing relationships at all levels in the organization, including the Board of Directors, Audit Committee, External Auditor and Regulators.  You lead and coach a team of financial experts.  Your team is accountable for the budgeting, financial forecasting, asset-liability matching, treasury management and accounting activities of the Credit Union.  You are responsible for developing policies, setting rate structure and pricing of fees for services, commissions and other non-interest sources of revenue.  You also recommend structure and systems to monitor expenditures and to ensure effective accounting, cash management and cost control measures.

You understand the key role that your department has in supporting and providing guidance to the member-facing departments and ensuring they have the ability to serve our members in a manner that supports Mainstreet’s vision, mission and values. 

With your accounting designation and five plus years of senior leadership experience in the financial services sector, you will be accountable for the overall financial planning and performance activities of the Credit Union.  You have the skills to be an effective senior leader of the Credit Union and your team by ensuring the long term financial health of the organization.
