Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, you will be a key member of the branch leadership team and will actively interact with members and provide coaching to front line staff to execute SASCU’s sales and service strategy and achieve member and employee satisfaction targets. You will supervise and lead the day to day activities of the front-line to achieve objectives, ensure operational efficiency and that SASCU’s Member Experience is consistently delivered by all branch employees. Additionally, you will sell a full range of Advisor products to meet members’ needs.

Along with two years post-secondary degree in a related field, you will have four to six years’ progressive financial industry experience in a sales and service capacity, including one year in a leadership role.  A solid understanding of policies, procedures and controls is key, as is a working knowledge of the features and benefits of deposit and lending products and services.  A strong working knowledge of regulatory requirements pertaining to activities supervised and performed is an asset. 

It is expected that you will provide effective leadership to staff through on-going coaching and feedback. You are able to provide exceptional member service and resolve challenging circumstances and more complex member situations that have been escalated. Strong organization, communication, and coaching skills are also essential.
