The Opportunity: Member Experience Coach

Under executive direction and reporting to the Vice-President, Member Experience and Transformation, the Member Experience Coach contributes to enriching member’s lives by delivering exceptional employee and member experiences. This newly-created role will deliver proactive coaching and leadership to staff in a multi-branch network, while transforming the people, processes and the health of the organization. The Member Experience Coach will build and lead a high-performing team and encourages accountability, growth, change, and innovation, using their professional coaching expertise to help create a position that is best-suited to meet the needs of staff, members, and the organization.

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications and experience:

  • Professional Coaching Designation and/or Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in a related discipline;
  • Minimum of five years in a coaching or coaching-to-sales role; preference will be given to those that have previously worked in a financial institution and have retail branch, mutual fund, and/or commercial and small business experience (an equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered);
  • Excellent relationship-building skills along with strong organizational and implementation skills are essential.
