THE POSITION:  Reporting to the VP, People and Development, this position would appeal to those interested in working as a key part of the Human Resources team to provide assistance within the coordination of development programs, assembling and composing information, report building, and coordinating and communicating within the People Division team. We have an exciting opportunity for an efficient, organized, detail oriented administrative professional who will provide day-to-day administration and office support to our National Consulting Team.

The Job

Working to support a group of cross-functional teams you will perform advanced administrative functions to support the delivery of products, services and programs that contribute to the operational success of credit unions. In this position, you will oversee proposals and other materials that are distributed to clients. You will manage document control for forms and administer credit union facing content on multiple websites. You will lead the marketing and promotions of training workshops and courses to credit unions. You will arrange logistics and preparation for meetings, webinars, events and training, while managing client billing and invoice payments to ensure that monthly and annual billings are processed in an accurate and timely manner. Building and maintaining strong working relationships with team members, credit unions and other external stakeholders is critical for this position.

The Candidate

The ideal candidate will have post-secondary education in office administration and/or three years administrative experience. You will be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat DC. Familiarity with BaseCamp, Qualtrics and GoToTraining (Citrix) is an asset.

You will have excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to take the initiative; working well both independently or collaboratively within a team. You will possess strong verbal and written communication skills and exceptional organizational skills. Manager, Accounting & Reporting – Term Position to March 31, 2023

SaskCentral is on a multi-year enterprise-wide transformational journey with continued focus on ensuring the success and financial viability of credit unions. The role of the Accounting and Reporting team in this journey is to provide accurate financial reporting for stakeholders and high-quality financial support for the organization. The Job

In this role, you are responsible to oversee the preparation and completion of SaskCentral’s monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting. This includes reporting for key stakeholders, managing the year-end reporting and annual audit process, and leading continuous business improvements. You will lead management reporting which includes development of the annual budget and quarterly projections while identifying and managing change initiatives to accommodate the evolving landscape of SaskCentral and credit unions.
