The Implementation Specialist should demonstrate sound technical knowledge, as well as exceptional analytical, communication, and member service skills.  Responsibilities include gathering and analyzing the organizational needs, developing and configuring systems to meet those needs, providing training, and supporting the organization throughout the implementation process.  The role of the Implementation Specialist is to ensure the smooth and successful implementation of new technology platforms and provide ongoing organizational support for the new systems.

Qualifications:  The successful candidate will have Grade 12 with five or more years related job experience or equivalent education with a Human Resource background.   • Provides day-to-day technology support for all aspects of computer and technology devices.
  • Manages the IT systems within the credit union. In-depth knowledge needed on the various systems in place and how they connect to each other.
  • Provides support on special projects and implementation of new systems.
  • Leads the ongoing enhancements, administration, and special projects for existing programs such as Banking System (DNA), Customer Relationship Management (Doxim CRM) , Content Service Platform (OnBase) and the migration of systems to Cloud based platforms.
  • Supports new developments and ongoing management of existing analytics programs and ensures that the information is correct and useful for users. A high degree of data analytics fluency is required for the success of this position.

The Position:  The Lender  is a permanent full-time position (37.5 hours per week)

 

Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.  Working knowledge and thorough understanding of the legal and legislative requirements related to lending is essential.  Advanced ability in interpreting complex financial statements, assessing risk, and determining product/service opportunities are strongly preferred. Previous lending experience in the oil and gas industry will be considered an asset.
