The successful candidate will join a team of 6 Member Relationship Specialists. They will be responsible for consumer lending requests, opening new accounts, completing signing authority documentation for all deposit accounts, completing basic investment products and processing card related requests. They will build relationships and ensure their assigned client portfolio is receiving the highest level of service possible.

Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 with preference given to individuals with post-secondary education or previous work-related experience in the credit union and financial industry.
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in a financial institution or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preference given to those with experience, a solid working knowledge and thorough understanding of legislative requirements associated with both deposit account opening and lending.
- Proven success working within a sales, service and goal-oriented environment.
