Customer Success Representative (Full-time Permanent)

This position’s primary purpose is to assist credit unions, commercial clients, internal and direct clients with their service needs within a call centre environment.

Key Outcomes:

The Customer Success Representative is responsible to deliver a positive client experience by answering a diverse range of incoming client inquiries pertaining to financial and trust products including providing information, clarification and interpretation of program agreements, pricing, program requirements, administration instructions, product legislation and regulatory/compliance requirements, and analyzing client needs and providing solutions to meet those needs.

This role proactively support credit unions by managing time frames to most effectively support incoming and outbound service requests and escalating client issues or problems for resolution.

The Customer Success Representative supports the department in the achievement of its business plan by maintaining consistent personal upgrading of required knowledge, providing high quality client service, and providing recommendations for efficiencies.

Qualifications:

  • One year of post-secondary education with 2-4 years comprehensive knowledge and experience working with registered plans and mortgages
  • Resourceful team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, complemented by proven time management and problem solving skills
  • Good working knowledge of the Portfolio data system would be an asset

Privacy Analyst (Full-time, Permanent Position)

Key Outcomes:

As a key member of the Legal team, the Privacy Analyst assists the Legal Director and Chief Privacy Officer in the ongoing design and implementation of the Bank’s Privacy Program, training, incident investigation, risk assessment and reporting and champions a privacy culture that promotes best practices in alignment with the Bank’s core values and strategic objectives.

The Privacy Analyst supports and contributes to the overall success of the Privacy Program by ensuring accountabilities are conducted in compliance with applicable regulatory requirements, internal policies and procedures and privacy by design principles. The Privacy Analyst is an advisory to Business teams and assists in responding to inquiries and access requests and supports the Privacy Office in incident and complaints investigation, breach reporting, third party risk assessments, privacy impact assessments and the development of training and awareness campaigns. The Privacy Analyst is an internal resource on privacy law, legislative developments, and industry trends.

Qualifications:

  • Completion of a post-secondary degree in business, finance or risk management, or related field and 2-3 years’ experience in Privacy Program management; a combination of education and experience will be considered
  • Industry certification will be a plus (e.g., PACC-CCAP, IAPP)
  • Advanced knowledge of federal and provincial private sector privacy legislation, regulations, guidance and breach reporting requirements
  • Ability to gather, analyze, organize, document and present information in a succinct and organized manner
  • Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify strengths and weaknesses of alternative resolutions or approaches to problems
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Working knowledge of privacy management software and processes
  • Working knowledge of commercial banking, retail banking, and trust activities and practices
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
  • Working knowledge of collaboration systems including Microsoft Teams

Key Outcomes:

The Systems Architect (ECM) manages and oversees the strategic and operational demands by leading the support, research, design, development, implementation and long-term governance of the Enterprise Content Management (ECM) solutions at the Bank. This position is responsible for the management of research, design and execution of projects involving Collaboration Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms.

This position is the primary resource to coordinate and manage the organizational Enterprise Content Management strategy and contribute to the organization’s success by maintaining, supporting and enhancing technologies and systems within the ECM practice. It is also responsible to work with business units and manage the delivery of content management strategies, including document management and workflow.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science, or related field
  • 5 years in technology roles, including experience working with Cloud Infrastructure services
  • 3-5 years experience working in SharePoint (online or 2016) or other Enterprise Content Management tools
  • Business Analysis experience would be considered an asset
  • Experience working in Agile work environments and projects is preferred

The Solutions Architect assists other business units in understanding problems and ensuring a holistic perspective and collaborates to resolve issues and architect solutions to either new applications, or for application improvements. This position also provides subject matter expertise and is responsible for the creation, maintenance and management of IT architecture models and their lower-level components.

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree in Computer Science; a comparable combination of education and relevant work experience may be considered
  • 7-10 years of experience with Azure cloud support or development
  • 7-10 years of experience with Data Centre support or development
  • Experience working in Agile work environments and projects is preferred
  • 3 years of experience in the financial services industry with an in-depth understanding of infrastructure architecture

Director, Risk Governance & Policy

The primary purpose of the Director, Risk Governance & Policy position is to develop risk management frameworks, policy, risk management committee mandates and risk reporting, and to provide support to the management of the Bank’s regulatory affairs.

This position is responsible to develop and maintain the risk management frameworks and policy model by facilitating development, reviews and enhancements to the Risk Governance Framework, Risk Appetite Framework and Corporate Policy Framework, as well as facilitating the ongoing development, reviews and enhancements to Corporate Policies and Management Guidelines. This position is also responsible for providing oversight to the alignment of Risk Appetite and enterprise strategy, and for providing independent challenge to the first line of defense on alignment with Risk Appetite, Corporate Policies and Management Guidelines.

The Director, Risk Governance & Policy develops and maintains the risk management committee mandates and risk reporting by facilitating development, reviews and enhancements to the risk management committee mandates, and providing risk reporting for executive, risk management committees and the Board. This position provides support to regulatory relationships by assisting in the maintenance of a central repository of the Bank’s supervisory communication with all prudential regulators, as well as the coordination of supervisory communications between OSFI and the Bank. This position also assists in the coordination of OSFI supervisory reviews and in the management of responses to recommendations to ensure they are timely and complete, and provides regulatory updates and key messaging to executive and the Board.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree in finance, law, economics, business administration or commerce complemented by a professional designation in finance, accounting or law and 5 years progressive experience in the financial industry
  • Subject matter expert in understanding of financial institution risk management, risk optimization concepts, risk appetite and policy structuring
  • Subject matter expert in understanding of OSFI Guidelines for Banks
  • Subject matter expert in understanding of risk management concepts and good practices in governance reporting
  • Advanced understanding of financial institution credit risk, operational risk, market risk, liquidity and funding risk, legal and regulatory compliance risk, reputation risk, capital management and emerging risks
  • Ability to lead and manage projects and deliver results in a changing environment
  • Ability to understand detailed processes and controls
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including ability to influence senior decision makers
  • Strong analytical skills, including ability to identify and interpret complex issues and see underlying causes, connections and implications
  • Advanced written communication and presentation skills
  • Advanced computer skills with advanced skills in Excel, Word and Powerpoint
