  • Provide primary technical expertise through the development, deployment, configuration, maintenance, administration, and support to the Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
  • Provide backup technical expertise through the maintenance, administration, and support to the Hyland OnBase Electronic Content Management (ECM) platform.
  • Contribute to, promote, and support organizational / industry standards, security procedures, and policies.
  • Development and maintain technical and end user documentation as related to the duties of the position.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of project plans, solutions and strategies that align with department goals and strategies.

 Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Information Technology or related field or equivalent experience.
  • Experience in process improvement with the goal of a simplified end user efficiency.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills accompanied by excellent analytic abilities and attention to detail.
  • Well-developed organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and acquire new skills through professional experience and technical training.
  • Salesforce administrator certification is an asset
  • Experience with the development, deployment and administration of Salesforce and / or Hyland OnBase is an asset

A Day in the Life

On an ongoing basis you will meet with clients, vendor partners, internal stakeholders and investigate best practices and new ideas in the financial services area. You will actively research related technology and market trends and financial sector solution developments. From these discussions, and your knowledge, you will define the vision for Celero’s future product and service portfolio of the core banking area and provide customers a vision of what that future would look like and how it will enable their success. You will work with the product management team to translate future plans into product development priorities and drive development projects through internal gating processes. In addition to market research, you will monitor competition, follow market trends and generate market insights. Your experience in leading teams providing operational delivery of core banking products and services with a view on the future; and your ability to act as a knowledge expert in new areas of financial services will provide leadership to Celero and our customers.

The Role:

  • Approve and enforce changes to policies and procedures in the area of technology and administration with objective of improving efficiency.
  • Manage the implementation of new\upgrades for all in house and third-party systems.
  • Act as 2nd level escalation support on weekend business operation.
  • Complies at all time with and ensures adherence to all Credit Union policies and procedures including Anti-Money Laundering policies.

The successful candidate should hold a minimum of Microsoft certifications and/or 5-7 years’ related work experience in the field of information technology, preferably in a financial institution or credit union, is desired. The individual should have, or be working towards, either an A+ and/or Network+ certifications. The individual should also have, or be working towards, a Diploma/Bachelor Degree specializing in Information Technology or currently enrolled in the program. The individuals exhibits a demonstrable knowledge of network administrative tasks, including strong trouble shooting skills over a multi-branch, virtualized WAN/LAN environment. A combination of education and work experience deemed appropriate to handle the assigned duties may also be considered.
